Why “I am Beautiful” ?
We chose this name because the concept of Beauty is one that is very dear to our society. And the mainstream culture & the media focus on the “outside” beauty, the appearance, the superficial.
We wish to address the Beauty that lies within every single person. The beauty that does not fade with time or that needs any superficial accessory to be called this way. But the beauty or worthiness that comes with the simple fact of being born.
Because “beauty” is such a strong concept in our society, we decided that we wish to give an alternative meaning to this sentence, and have everyone going thru the deep dive that we prepare come out of it and say : “I am beautiful”.

First Day
Thursday 12.01.23
" The Release"
14h : Arrival
16h : Welcome & instructions
After going thru agreements, presentations and a beautiful first meal, we will be inviting you into a potent first ceremony : The releasing of 2022 Ceremony.
We will be letting go of the pieces of us that are holding us back from the life that we wish for ourselves. This will set the container for the following days and bring you directly into the arts of tantra.
Third Day
Saturday 14.01.23
" The celebration"
Activities : from 08h to 00h
Today, we will be focusing on finding your ressources, connecting you to WHO you wish to be this year 2023.
It is going to be a magical day, ending with an fun show where you will get a chance to "go on stage" in front of the other participants and allow yourself to shine.
Also, we will be sharing a heart opening cacao ceremony.

Second Day
Friday 13.01.23
" Unleash"
Activities : from 08h to 23h
Today, we are going to go into an exploration of your being, your senses, your intuition, your movements, in groupe and as individuals.
We will be working with nature settings and we will have a fire ceremony.
Fourth Day
Sunday 15.01.23
" The Integration"
Activities : 08h to 13h
13h : Lunch & Departures
As we close the container, we will have a last important surprise before you go back home into the world.
One month later

After a month, we will reach out to you to have a group integration call on zoom.

I am the co-founder of Urban Shape Geneva, an aerial arts Studio in Switzerland. Since 4 years we have added to the artistic skills of the school, the aspect of human empowerment thru Tantra & Holistic Healing.
I am a VITA certified coach, an ISTA certified practitioner and a Samma Karuna certified tantra teacher.
My passion is to bring communities together, diving deep into our shadows to reveal the light, provoque reactions out of my audience and most of all have a great time laughing at the joke of existence.

As far back as I can remember I have always danced. As an aerial dancer, I juggle between aerials silks & hoop, pole dance and contemporary dance.
Co-director of an aerial dance school Urban Shape in Geneva, I have won pole dance competitions.
Today, I spread my art between Switzerland and Morocco with the creation of a new studio in Casablanca.
Trained in contortion by Marco Oranje, a famous contortionist, I also teach classes in barre, active stretch and flexibility.
In parallel to my artistic life , I have developed a deep sensitivity to everything that touches the body and more particularly to the sacred feminine, reconnecting to the body, to the cycle and to feminine empowerment.
My fulfillment lies in sharing with women generally, welcoming their vulnerability and sensitivity with open arms.
Graduated this year as a somatic therapist (RAT school, Relation d’Aide par le Toucher), I aim to help people with their life’s challenges.
